Restore Meta Data

ive logged onto my emby server to find out its deleted Several of my 'actors' and untagged some movies from actors.

75 percent of my actor data and images are gone? how could i get them back. 

im using a Mycloud pr2100

Ive realised when i refreshed the meta data, its wiped it all! so i've lost any meta data linked to a folder!!

 

how do i get it back

On my emby folder i refreshed meta data, and it cleared all my actors, and tags etc. how can i restore them?
