Unlock Feature ? Trying to Play Song

So I'm asking out of ignorance and I don't see this question answered anywhere.  I'm trying to have my daughter connect to my Emby media server to play some songs, but she's getting prompted to "unlock this feature", when she presses the play button. Is this normal?  If I purchase Emby Premiere, will this resolve the problem?
