Can’t cast downloaded content when not connected to server

I’m at a hotel and they have a way of casting to the TV. I was able to cast from YouTube and Plex shows the TV in its cast UI.

When I launch Emby and am given the Select Server connection options and go to Downloads, there is no cast UI as there is when connected.

Hi, you're saying you want to cast something that is downloaded to the device? This is currently not supported but is planned for future updates. Thanks.

Correct. I have downloaded content and am offline from my server, though connected to the internet. I have never gotten the remote connection to work with Emby though it does work with Plex running in the same server. Note, I switched to Emby from Plex though it still runs and points at the same content.
