That was going to be the next question.  Do you know the KB number?   Could you possibly download them on another machine.

I found the manual download that's suppose to enable these ciphers but it's not running for me.  I've been putting off an upgrade to Win8.1 for almost 2 years now.  Guess I'll do that this coming Thursday and that should fix this (as well as another completely unrelated issue, lol).  I'll update here when I get it done.

@GregMo Not sue it the update will include the advisory or not, but have you installed this?

That's what I tried to install, yes.  Unfortunately, for some reason, when I try to install it I get an error that it's not applicable to my computer.  I figure the update to Win8.1 will fix it, though, and will allow me to do some other things that I've been having to work around for the last year or two.

Let us know how it goes but may run into the same issue and have to manually find fixes for the OS.

I know I ran into similar issue back when I rebuilt my WHS2011 server and testing Windows 7.
