Correct. Only on the home screen.

That image is from inside a library and simply entering a library will produce a display very similar to that now.

what i was looking for is a way to scroll through items and have synopsis displayed, like "enhanced home screen" but in the library view.

As I used to with kodi

You get exactly that in the "Suggestions" tab of the movie library (as shown in the pic you posted).
