dalezjc 14 Posted December 21, 2022 Posted December 21, 2022 Is there a log file that tracks database/library updates? Emby has been running flawlessly, but today my media library isn't updating new albums I'm adding. I've restarted the server a couple of times, but still no updates. Thanks, Dale
dalezjc 14 Posted December 21, 2022 Author Posted December 21, 2022 Thanks. Looks like something is amiss: 2022-12-21 08:24:13.002 Error PortMapper: Error creating port map *** Error Report *** Version: 4.7.11.0 Command line: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system\EmbyServer.dll -noautorunwebapp Operating system: Microsoft Windows 10.0.19044 Framework: .NET 6.0.10 OS/Process: x64/x64 Runtime: C:/Users/user/AppData/Roaming/Emby-Server/system/System.Private.CoreLib.dll Processor count: 8 Data path: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\programdata Application path: C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Emby-Server\system System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: System.Net.Http.HttpRequestException: An error occurred while sending the request. ---> System.IO.IOException: The response ended prematurely. at System.Net.Http.HttpConnection.SendAsyncCore(HttpRequestMessage request, Boolean async, CancellationToken cancellationToken) --- End of inner exception stack trace --- at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsyncInternal(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at Emby.Server.Implementations.HttpClientManager.CoreHttpClientManager.SendAsync(HttpRequestOptions options, String httpMethod) at Mono.Nat.Upnp.UpnpNatDevice.CreatePortMapInternal(Mapping mapping, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Mono.Nat.Upnp.UpnpNatDevice.CreatePortMap(Mapping mapping, CancellationToken cancellationToken) at Emby.PortMapper.ExternalPortForwarding.CreateRules(INatDevice device, CancellationToken cancellationToken) Source: Emby.Server.Implementations TargetSite: Void MoveNext() InnerException: System.IO.IOException: The response ended prematurely. GrimReaper 4749 Posted December 21, 2022 Posted December 21, 2022 That is unrelated to described issue - and largely irrelevant if you do manual port forwarding yourself (which is actually advisable if you need that) and you can freely uninstall Port Mapper plugin not to spam your logs.
Luke 42083 Posted December 21, 2022 Posted December 21, 2022 Please provide a specific example. Thanks.
dalezjc 14 Posted December 21, 2022 Author Posted December 21, 2022 I had to shut down Emby (instead of restarting it), and all seems fine now.
