jesand83 2 Posted December 14, 2022 Posted December 14, 2022 I've been having some non-related issues with my other Android TV box, so I decided to bite the bullet and purchase a new Shield TV Pro. I have a 2017 Shield tv in another room that for the most part works perfectly. For some reason when watching Emby on the new device, it keeps hard crashing. It forces it into a full reboot cycle. I can't figure out any reason why it would happen, and doesn;t happen with the exact same files on my other Shield TV. I had logs running today when it happened and attached the server log below. The error happened at 8:26am. Any thoughts on how to troubleshoot it would be great. This keeps up and I may be forced to send the unit back and find an alternative. embyserver.txt
ebr 16176 Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 Hi. If the device is actually rebooting it will probably be very difficult to track down but, the next time it happens, please follow the instructions to send a log from the app. Thanks.
