Info on pause screen

Any chance in getting info added on the pause screen when playing a video on shield emby app.

Actually, it used to and people complained about it covering up what they were trying to look at on the screen.  So it would have to be optional.

please don't. As ebr says, its annoying as hell. Plus we already have stats for nerd feature already. 

example- suppose we want to read something in the screen (most of the time, we pause so that we can read) which is not possible if frame passes faster in the running movie. This feature will make it impossible to read.
In-fact i would rather request to even provide a function, like down button in the d-pad, to even hide the current Ui elements while in pause state.  

Fun fact: i was using vimu+twonky, before i migrated to emby and this was "the reason" i looked for alternatives and settled for emby. vimu just use 70% of the screen with text/ui which doesnt serve any purpose.

It could be set as a switch to turn it on or off.  And erb said people complained about it, not that it annoying as hell.
