I have been getting this warning off and on
I am using Emby server ver 4.7.10.0

The error in the log shows

The scheduled tasks are showing that the tasks are completing Any advice or assistance will be appreciated. Thanks

Try unlocking the database.

I am Running Emby on an Unraid server, so the steps are a slightly different, but I was able to figure it out.
I hope that deleting the files will be enough to correct the issue I am not looking forward to doing an integrity check or having to do a full library scan.

From the time stamps of the last few error notifications, i will know if this worked in about 24 hours or a week.

That looks like the old plug-in.  Is that what you are running?

I am using the plugin that was available in the catalog.

Is there another version I was supposed to get from somewhere?

That plug-in hasn't been in the catalog for a while.  If you are trying to use the core functionality, you should remove it.

ok, now I am very perplexed.

The git page for the plugin states that it is compatible with the core intro skip function.  Is this not correct?

I use the plugin as some of the clients I use, particularly an LG OLED TV, do not support the core intro skip features, so the plugin brings that feature to the viewer/client.

If there is an update to the plugin, how can I obtain it.

The plugin is no longer developed that I know of once core feature was added.   At the same time is the question are the plugin and core competing with each other?

 have not noticed them competing with each other, and until you mentioned them not being compatible I had both enabled.

I disabled the core feature and will monitor for behaviour going forward.

I haven't checked in a while.. but I believe the introskip wiki says to not run both the core and plugin as while they will not conflict with each other from a detection point of view,  the clients may be confused from an actual intro skip perspective.

The replacement for the introskip plugin may be out soon - providing the features not included in the core version - credit detection, editing etc.

If you are happy with the plugin .. then just disable the core version would be my current recommendation.  

I'm about to restore the plugin for a number of reasons myself ...

Right, just use the core. The plugin shouldn't be in the catalog. It hasn't been updated in forever.
