Corrupted? Playback on Chromecast

Been using emby on windows server with chromecast for years now.  Recently got a new series and play back doesn't work right ONLY on chrome cast.  It works fine in chrome browser and on the android player.  It also plays without issue in VLC.  I've tested 5 ep of the series and they all do this.  Play back starts just fine, but after a while it starts glitching out, the audio start stuttering real bad, the video is pushed up to the top and the bottom few rows of pixels are all stretched out to fill the space.  Video play back appears stuttery too.

Other video's of a similar format work with out issue.

Logs attached,  the glitch was actively occurring when I downloaded them.
