Every update wipes data?????

Every time the ios app updates, i have to log back in, fix my auto photo uploads.  etc..     can we get some kind of persistent settings goin or the ability to never update the app?    I depend on emby uploading my phone photos to my server nightly..   so i purge them from my phone assuming it has done its job for the day, only to find out the app uploaded some time ago.....    and wasnt able to start itself back up...      or possibly offer a second emby app for this purpose...   that just handles the photo uploads in the background and never updates..       killing me smalls..      at the least after an app update the app should remember my server and login info..   which it does not.

Something's definitely not right, as the iOS app never logs out for me even with updates.

Hopefully @Luke can help you figure out what's going on.

Hi, yes I don't see this either while testing. Perhaps you have something clearing app data?

maybe i am on beta?   i dont think i am on this iphone.. i dont have the test app installed..      yea every time it updates, i have to re enter my server URL, User, and password...     mine is a manual login not emby connect if that makes a difference?

Being on beta shouldn't matter. That is odd though. It does sound like something is clearing app data.
