Incorrect recognition of episodes

Hi, 

Recently noticed that emby incorrectly recognizes episodes. On the list shows that episode is missing, but the episode appears as a anothe position on the list. 

Below screens. The name of file is ok.

as you can see on screen: Yelowstone episode 5 is missing, below is episode 5 one more time. But the emby do not see the episode 5. Status is missing. Because of that there is no info about the episode.

First thing to check is the file names and folder structure for that season.  What are they?

I changed all names of files in this season using filebot. Now the order is ok. All episodes recognized.

Hi.  I believe you had two issues here:

1) "The Stand" was named incorrectly. Looks like the filename had S09S09 instead of S09E09.

2) In order for previously missing episodes in your library to reconcile when they are added, a full library scan needs to run.  I just probably hadn't yet.
