Advice From Musicbrainz on increasing search accuracy on their api

Hi Luke/Devs,

i was noticing that some of the mbz matching was a bit off as the mbz web and api search did not prioritise exact matches as you might expect . They have provided some advice on their forums on searching which may help accuracy; from a non developer point of view their suggestion doesnt look complex.
