Upgrade 4.6.7.0 to 4.7.10.0 changed Home Screen

My Home Screen uses only one section, My Media.  The Home Screen used to show all 19 libraries, and the page scrolled up/down.  After installing 4.6.10.0 the page no longer scrolls, but the My Media section scrolls left/right.  How can I restore the previous behavior?

What is your setting under User settings>Display>Display mode?

If I zoom the page size to 80% in Chrome, scrolling returns and all icons show.  Then changing the Display image size to large creates satisfactory result.
