From a friend who is running the Amazon Fire Stick... so what ever client that is?

That is AndroidTV app and if any of those users is remote user they can be hidden in user settings completely, for local users they can be hidden from devices that haven't been logged in before.

Hi.  Yes, you should choose the option to hide users from devices they have never logged into (in the server user settings) and then only people actually using that device will show.
