Emby Remote Access in TrueNas Core

Hi everyone, maybe my problem was so simple, but im new in the truenas , im install emby on truenas 13, every its ok, work fine in local network, but i cant access to emby form a external network, simply dont find the route, i forward port in my router but nothing work for me, if someone can help me please

i do everything in the guide, but still cant access to the remote server its like just dot have external connection

im doint the port fowarding, im dont have problems in internal conection just in the external

I can access remotely, but only if I'm connected to a network of my same ISP provider by other ISP or phone connection I can't access

Who is your provider?

If you do a port test at https://canyouseeme.org/ does it succeed or fail?
