Freeze since update 4.7.10.0 only with one internet operator

Hello, since the last emby server update, my strms freeze when I'm on 4g or wifi on supplier ORANGE, I didn't have this problem before.
If I put the link of my strm in vlc  it works very well.

With Emby, freeze every 10 secondes

This concerns only direct playback without transcoding
The problem concerns only one operator. Orange
Other suppliers, there is no problem

 

Do you have a connection between my server and your emby servers which could pose a problem with this internet operator?

I would like to downgrade the server for testing, is this possible?embyserver.txt

I have a search trail is when I am in https. In http it works fine.

@Nostromo86 can you please try lowering the in-app quality setting and see if that helps? Usually that will help with this kind of issue. Thanks.
