Closed Captioning [CC] in Live TV on by default (want off by default)

Anytime I start watching Live TV via Emby the closed captioning [cc] is on by default.  I have searched everywhere to see how to turn this off by default but cannot find it.  Is this a setting I am missing somewhere?  I want it off by default.

Running Emby Premiere v4.7.10.0.

Live TV is provided by HD Homerun thru an antenna I have in the attic.

Is this an Emby setting or maybe I should be looking at my HD Homerun.  Pretty sure this used to not be on by default.

Hi, have you configured your emby user subtitle options by clicking your user icon in the top right?

Weird I tried it via Configure Emby on the server and its didnt work.  Just tried it like you said thru the actually Emby Theatre app and seems to be working.
