Detect Intro doesn’t work

Hi,

I bought the premiere but the "skip intro" doesn’t work.

I tried to do it manually by clicking on the “play” icon and it didn’t scan.

can I have some help please?

How many episodes do you have?  The software compares the audio and detects matches between different episodes; and I think it requires a minimum of three episodes to ensure reliable recognition.

I have a total of 70 Tv shows with more than 100 episodes.

If they are not detected on first go round, I believe they require to be Refreshed to attempt again.

Have you checked the episodoes with Chapter API plugin?

The skip Intro doesn't work only on my Apple TV.

It works on my Nvidia shield pro and Mac mini.

is it an issue with the Apple TV?

Yes, Apple TV does not yet support intro skipping.

I think they’re working on it though, the Apple TV app is undergoing major changes so that it will be easier to add features like this in the future.

Hi, it hasn't been added to the Emby Apple TV app yet but is on the way, so stay tuned.
