i have both Emby (which is my primary player) and Plex (which my mom likes better) on the same server. Plex has had no issues playing any of the movies that i have had issues with on Emby.

It cannot be a permission issue when downloaded as Plex will play it but Emby will not????

Like i said i prefer Emby over Plex any day.
