Cannot find downloaded file.

I am away for the holidays.  I wish to transfer some video files from my Emby server, to my Android cellular phone, so I can send them to my relatives.

Just like a newbie with computers, I use the Emby app on my phone to download that video.  It downloads to my phone, but I cannot find it on my phone so I can send it to my relatives.

Where is that download file located and how do I access it.  I sound like a newbie from 20 or 30 years ago. Downloads from AOL and can't find them.

Never found it, so just gave up.

OK. It gets downloaded into the app's private data folder.

Is there a way to see it in the app?

In most cases you can't.

The app itself should see the download though.

Yes there is a Downloads section in the app.
