not seeing tv series name, tried all i can think of, please help.

everying works vis playing video, even HD with practically no load on the PC.

 

its just finding the programs, after dozens of different attemps, (different program versions, all the settings and many many different folder structures.) i can only get this, on root of "tv series" (see attached), one layer further down the names and episodes are appearing fine.

 

i have used this guide to made folder structure; http://mediabrowser.tv/community/index.php?/topic/674-media-files-folders-structure/

 

and have discovered this, along the way;

 

file names cant be very long,

files need to have an extension

 

BTW i do have, i think, an unual system, linux with the server running in a container and a "now TV" box (roku lt) with the player side loaded, but cant see this is relavent since everything else works.

Do you see the names in the web client? if so it is probably just a bug in the roku app.

never used the web clent, just have, everything seems fine there.

 

i'll update to the latest roku player, seems to be being updated often, if its still there i'll report, thanks again.
