Home much streams at the same time on an HDD

I have a strange question: How much streames (direct play @1080p average bitrate 8 - 10 mbit) does a conventional WD GOLD 4TB Enterprise Class hard drive make at the same time??

Hi, I can't put a number to it but I would think quite a few because direct plays don't download at full speed, only at the rate needed to play, or slightly above.
