ETOlife 0 Posted November 21, 2022 Posted November 21, 2022 Hi Emby, I recently installed Emby theatre on a NUC that is use for media playback that stores local 4k movies. The old version of emby theatre kept coming up with this issue with some/most movies. The latest version of emby theatre which looks like this: Does not respond well to Flirc control and I am unable to scroll through the selection easily or at all. Any suggestions would be very helpful. Please and Thank you G

Luke 42085 Posted November 22, 2022 Posted November 22, 2022 Hi, @softworkz is looking into this. Thanks for reporting.
Happy2Play 9783 Posted November 22, 2022 Posted November 22, 2022 Will guess these are related as they present the same C++ Runtime Library error 1
ETOlife 0 Posted November 23, 2022 Author Posted November 23, 2022 HI Guys/ @Luke, Thank you for your response I have tried to uninstall reinstall but I believe it is the actual version (as posted above) of emby that does not communicate with Flirc well. Do you have a link for this version please as it works very well and is capable of full screen etc Cheers G
ETOlife 0 Posted November 23, 2022 Author Posted November 23, 2022 Also just to note on the new version of Emby theatre I do not get any C++ runtime errors, however that is redundant if I cannot control the app with Flirc as I use it for guests to select movies etc as well as the full screen issue. Cheers G
pünktchen 1409 Posted November 23, 2022 Posted November 23, 2022 Under display settings, make sure it's using tv mode not desktop mode. 1
ETOlife 0 Posted November 23, 2022 Author Posted November 23, 2022 @pünktchen that seems to have worked a treat. Thank you! Cheers G
