Removing "Collections" Library

I've created a new user & am allowing access to two libraries. There are no "collections" in what I am granting access to, so the library is empty when clicked on...yet I can't find any option to remove/hide it from that user's home screen. Am I missing an option someplace?

There should be a per user Home Screen option to hide it from the user.

As admin go to the user profile (Settings-Users-select the user) and click "Edit this user's profile, image and personal preferences." then Home Screen.
