Emby Theater and HVEC 4k movies.

Just updated an old HTPC (win10). I cannot playback any of my 4kHVEC files. I get this error message. Attached is my Emby log (even though I don’t really know how to interpret it). Old system everything played fine with correct Dolby ATMOS output. New system with window 11 or window 10 (I tried both) I get this same error. All setting in Emby theater is default except I checked passthrough for DTS, TrueHD and DTSHD (but unchecking these results in the same issue). 4kHVEC movies play on server but downmixed audio to stereo. I have a feeling this is soundtrack related. 

All other movie formats play fine with correct DTS, 5.1 audio.

 

Any help would be appreciated.

One thing I just thought of is previous system that was working, was using a Nvidia 1050 video card with Nvidia drivers. I am now using integrated GPU AMD 5600G CPU with AMD driver. Both directly connected to HDMI into receiver. I will try installing the 1050 into the current system and see if that resolves the issue.
