PaulE123 20 Posted November 20, 2022 Posted November 20, 2022 (edited) Hi all, two questions if I may... 1) Is it possible to sort by content type in a Mixed Library, in such a way that it'll separate say Movies and TV shows into two visibly different rows? It will obviously sort them in many different ways, but no matter what way, they're all listed together in continuous rows, leaving very little (none) delineation between Movie & TV show. I know I can manually switch between Movies & Shows using the menu buttons atop the screen, but when In Folder view, they're all continuous. It'd be great if, in Folder view, if Movies could be shown, and then on a separate line, the TV shows next. 2) Is there any way to push things like Sort By settings globally, so they'll apply to all users/devices? Folder view is designed to show you exactly how you have personally organized your content. So, you would need to physically organize it the way you are requesting for folder view to do what you want. If we add any "intelligence" to this view then it defeats the purpose of the view (to show the content exactly as you organized it). 7 hours ago, PaulE123 said: Is there any way to push things like Sort By settings globally, so they'll apply to all users/devices? Not at this time but there is an open feature request for that type of functionality. 1
