Unable to unlock app on fire

Hi support unable to unlock emby app on amazon Firestick. 

I have valid bank account linked to firestick and In purchase in enabled. 

When clicking the unlock button emby hangs then resets tried reinstalling app no luck csn you please provide support. I knw you have to pay 4$ but cant even get to that screen thank
