Low transcoding speed on TS-464C with HEVC Main10

Latest QTS version, Emby version 4.7.8, qpkg, premier enabled.

The video got stuck, CPU to 90%, memory usage from 75% (totally 8g) to 90%.

The log is attached.

Please help me to fix it, thank you.

And there is a new version of TS-464C. My 464C has a CPU of N5095 instead of N5105.

Devs will have to comment on why HWA failed, but falling back to Software and can't process fast enough do to HEVC conversion and PGSUB subs.

Can you update to current release 4.7.9.0?

updated to 4.7.9.0, problem still there.
