What are the ultimate dimensions for the logo?  And is there a way to make any adjustments....don't know.  Most of my logo images look great in android apk on nvidia sheild.  But there are logo images and wow it's too huge...especially with it in text format.  what can we do..?

What do you mean as the client is going to make it fit where it is needed.  Can you go over specific issue?

FanArt standardizes them at 800x310 where TMDB will provide higher resolution images across the board.

Most of my logo images are in the desired dimensions. and look good.
There are some that did not and they are exceptional.
like this for example.
There is an option to make it look less huge.

And in the Android application it looks huge and bad

This is the dimensions of the logo: 1374x337

Hi.  There are absolutely no standards for logos.  They can be any size/shape.  This is one of the issues with trying to show them instead of a text title.  Many of them look great but some do not just due to the shape of the logo.

Actually, Kodi defines set resolution, which fanart.tv does follow, as @Happy2Play said; AFAIK TVDB does, as well.

Used in: Movie artwork Movie sets artwork Music- Artists artwork Music Video artwork TV-Show artwork

Logos typically use the distinctive font associated with the video and is uncluttered by other images. The transparent background allows it to be overlaid images or video with minimal impact.

No longer used.

Use clearlogo.png instead

However, TMDB is making a mess there, just as with "languaged" backdrop/fanart (which ain't either in that case) by allowing any logo dimension to be submitted.

That is just a standard for file size.  The actual logo image within that resolution varies widely.

e.g.

The truth is that all the wide logo images look very bad
