Web app doesn't escape HTML characters in song titles

The web app doesn't escape < and > characters in song titles (maybe other media types, not sure). The characters are added directly to the HTML instead.

Here are the tags for an album:

In the web app, it shows up like this (notice the missing parts in tracks 3 to 5):

 

The dev tools show that an HTML tag has been created:

Looks like search results don't have this problem:
