Can't switch users

Server Version 3.0.5395.0

Chocolate Version 3.0.207.0

 

Attempts to switch users crashes Media Browser producing the popup dialog message  "Media Center Extensibility Host Has Stopped Working"

followed by the dialog message:

 

 

 

Attempts to login from the profile screen with account other than local account (happens to be admin account) produces the following dialog:

 

 

Switching users works fine in webclient.

If the Chocolate Version is actually the MBC version I would try updating, if it doesn't show you an update when click check for update. then re-download from the web.

I'm not sure what an account "other than a local account" is but please see: How to Report a Problem which explains how to find the error in the Windows event log.
