MP4 files not recognized when added to library/"No items found"

I have added over 2tb files of music videos and none of them are recognized.

HI there, why do you think they're not recognized exactly? Did you run a library scan? How are your files named and organized?

the files are inside subdirectories. I have run the library scan successfully but none of my mp4 are recognized

So my main path to the Library Dir would be /mnt/share/vemilla/VIDEOS. In it would be may files and folders

How many Emby libraries have you created, and what folder paths did you add to each one?

I have two libraries one is music and the other one music videos. Both libraries use the same paths because the videos and mp3s are located in the same directories.

OK yes that is the problem, and it's not supported right now. It's something we'd like to be able to accommodate in future updates, but we're not quite there yet.
