Strange Playback issue

Emby Lifetime Premiere, i5-6600K, GTX 1050Ti, 32 GB ram, 1TB SSD boot C:, Emby drive 40TB Z:  StableBit drivepool, Win10 Pro 21H1, Win 10 update disabled for stability.

There is a specific TV show that will not play back. When attempting to play the files the wait circle appears and never goes away and, does nothing. If I use my phone and select another file it will start to play the other file, outside of this tv show seasons, no problem. They were in x264 but, when it wouldn't play, I used handbrake and converted them to x265 to and no change. Spinning circle line and nothing. The server doesn't seem to even react to the play attempt. I re downloaded the files deleted the old ones, re scanned library, and still nothing. I checked other files video and audio codecs that the server plays fine then, re-encoded the files that wouldn't play with that video and audio codec. still nothing. lol The files will play when I play them directly from my laptop through VLC. Any help or hints appreciated.
