Skip Intros on Mixed Content Library

I have a Mixed Content Library which points to my Live TV Recordings folder. I have turned on "Skip Intros" for the Mixed Content Library so that its runs as a scheduled task and when content is added but I never seem to get any recordings which skip the intro.  Does this only work for TV Show libraries?

Yes, they are recording from Live TV. Some examples: SNL, Abbott Elementary

@codechurn This is going to be hit and miss with .ts files. It's just the nature of the internals of mpegts unfortunately.

I think what we're going to do is add an option to skip it altogether for .ts files just to spare the server from even trying.
