ngiovas 1 Posted November 12, 2022 Posted November 12, 2022 I am new to Emby (switching from Plex) and have run into an issue. I loaded my first media library which contains movies. There were a few that the cover art was not selected, so I went the "identify" option and searched for the movie name. It came up with the correct movie and I selected it. I then clicked ok and the ok button flashes, but nothing happens. It stays on the screen and the movie metadata is not updated. I have tried this with multiple movies and the same things happens. Is there something i am not doing right? It seems pretty straight forward, but I can't get it to work. I wanted to note that I am using an Emby docker on Unraid, but I didn't see a specific sub forum for Unraid. Thanks - Nick

ngiovas 1 Posted November 12, 2022 Author Posted November 12, 2022 I just tried again using the Mac OS Emby app instead of a browser, but the app crashes when I try to play a movie. I have attached a log. ffmpeg-remux-c9b86856-3e72-4800-9ee4-8d40e8ffb0d4_1.txt

ngiovas 1 Posted November 13, 2022 Author Posted November 13, 2022 Thanks for the replies. I ended up removing the library and rebuilding it and it is working fine now. Nick 1
