Emby Theater NOT playing the HD audio codecs.

I am trying to setup a HTPC (Yeah, years too late), but I can't find any settings on the Emby Theater for the HD audio codecs.  When I play a movie with Dolby DTS HD, or any other codec, all I get is Dolby Digital.  

Playing the same movie using Kodi on the same machine, it plays all of the HD audio codecs.  It even changes the frame rate automatically.  

Soooo, I used the Emby App for Windows and all is GOOD.......  

So, what is the the Emby Theater good for???   Does anyone use it??
