TV series page says episode is being recorded but it is not

On the series page it is showing that the episode that is on air right now is being recorded, but it is not.  I looked at my tuner and that channel is not being recorded.  And, it should not be recorded because I already have this episode recorded and I told Emby "Don't record episodes that are already in my library".

 

I wonder if a duplicate episode should even be shown on the schedule.  It could misleading, but might be confusing w/o it being listed.
