dalgrep 0 Posted November 5, 2022 Posted November 5, 2022 Been a long time Emby subscriber who recently ran into a major snag. I'm running 4.7.9.0 on a Windows 11 PC and I have content stored in multiple folders and subfolders. I view content on my Shield equipped television and on my Ipad. The problem affects only the Android version. When I click on a folder thumbnails representing all the videos contained in the folder pop up. No problem. I click on a video to play it. BUT...if I click "Videos" to access a subfolder. Nothing. No subfolders. No videos. Very annoying because I have lots of videos in lots of subfolders. It's a mess. The issue does not exist on my Ipad. The folder structure works normally. Also Emby on my PC is OK. Only the Android version working on my Shield is FUBAR. Has anyone else experienced this? Any help much appreciated!
Luke 42078 Posted November 6, 2022 Posted November 6, 2022 Hi there, it's hard to picture this. Can you please provide a specific example? Screenshot examples would be great if possible. Thanks !

dalgrep 0 Posted November 8, 2022 Author Posted November 8, 2022 Attached are multiple screen shots. On the Shield I can view files in a folder but if access a subfolder within that folder...Nada.
GrimReaper 4740 Posted November 8, 2022 Posted November 8, 2022 You have Unwatched only and Favorites only enabled - red icons along right screen edge. Disable those. 2
ebr 16182 Posted November 8, 2022 Posted November 8, 2022 Hi. Yes, what Grim said. You have filtered your folders. There should actually be a message there telling you that so we'll have to look into that.
