My problem is that I am adding the IPTV m3u link so it is not getting added, if I click port then the file is added but the channel is not coming.

The request to your epg provider timed out and failed. Are you sure it's valid? If you're sure, then they might be blocking Emby Server. You may need to play with the user agent option and/or referrer options on the m3u setup screen to try and disguise the server. For example to make it look like vlc, try:

VLC/3.0.7.1 LibVLC/3.0.7.1

Also are you using a vpn?
