Cast and Crew images missing

Hello Most of the content I have in my libraries have missing images for the cast and crew as shown in the picture any ideas on how to fix this?

I'm not sure when it happened I know it was maybe a month or so ago I checked the logs page in the advanced menu and it only goes back to 10/30/22

Did you change anything with your metadata path?

No I didn't change anything should I rescan the metadata folder?

Try refreshing the metadata on the movie and see if that helps.

You could but a server log would provide more information and possibly a browser console log if there are errors.

Its not just that movie its pretty much everything

If it happened a month ago then it's going to be hard to figure out what happened. At this point you'll have to just repair, but if you can get it to happen again with a new title, then that will tell us more.

Can you provide the current server log showing when you navigate to a item and the images are missing.
