Emby Not Seeing All Episodes After Update

Since the last software update, I have found several TV series in which Emby now fails to recognize certain episodes.  These are all shows/seasons in which Emby formally did recognize all episode files, but now many have disappeared.  The actually files are all present in the correct folders and in proper format.  They do actually play if I access them through a director tree. I also see that in at least one case, Emby is listing the wrong number of episodes in the season, although it is actually recognizing the episodes (i.e., the season 1 card shows 19, which clicking on the card shows all 20 episodes.  I have reviewed past comments for similar occurrences, but none of the suggested remedies has solved the issue.

Wings Season 1 previously showed all 6 episodes.   All 6 episode files are in the Wings/Season  1 folder.  The season 1 on Emby now shows episode 1 available.  All other episodes are shown as missing.  The Wild Thornberrys season 1originally showed all 20 files.  After the update, only 6 episodes showed, the rest being stated to be missing.  After following several suggestions I found here without success, I deleted the entire Wild Thornberrys folders and re-downloaded fresh files.  Now all 20 episodes show in season one on Emby, although the episode count on the season 1 card in Emby states 19.  Most TV Show episodes are showing correctly, but there are several more like this.  Thank you.

Honestly would question the naming scheme with the additional spaces.

Is Wings multi-versioning?  If you enter the visible episode is there a version drop down box?

I am not sure what you mean by multi-versioning.  When I open the wings episode that does not display as missing, there is no version drop down.

Deleting the spaces and renaming to a s01e01 format does seem to work.  I do have to wonder why is recognized this structure originally.

The miscounting of episodes remains a mystery.

I figured out the numbering issue.  The number on the card is unwatched episodes, not total episodes.  My misunderstanding/stupidity. It is correct
