Emby server no longer generating .nfo when media is scanned

Hi, not sure what caused the problem - hoping someone can help me correct the issue or point me in the right direction!  I am choosing to maintain a monthly premiere pass to help support the project too, I find it to be overall a great media server!

So back to the problem - I just noticed this in the last day - only thing I changed was going from WiFi to wired - got a new final number in the IP address, but updated port forwarding etc, all my devices can connect to the server still remotely and it will generate thumbnails/jpgs when scanning new items, just not the .nfo files it used to create for some reason.  Thanks for the help!

Hi there, did you check the options for each library to ensure that nfo saving is enabled?

Yes - this has worked great since day 1 - just recently having the issue.  I checked and am testing additional libraries to ensure the problem is across the board, which I suspect it is.  Unfortunately in troubleshooting a separate unrelated issue with MediaInfo I ended up having that reprocess all libraries so now the new library scan is going to probably be a little while hahaha.

OK please provide an example and attach the emby server log from when you thought an nfo should have been generated. Thanks.

It seems to be working again now for whatever reason, maybe next time I can at least figure out what I did to cause it to stop, sorry for the false alarm.
