Scheduled Task to encode files?

Hi all,

is there a way to have Emby-Server (re-)encode files when it is not otherwise busy? It can do so on-demand with the download feature. But can I make it do so automagically?

That is exactly what I am looking for. I do see the entry in the scheduled tasks, but I do not see any options to control what it is supposed to do...
