Grant2907 1 Posted October 31, 2022 Posted October 31, 2022 For the past two weeks, I have been getting a this.itemsRefresher.fetchData error when using the Emby app when trying to watch a program on multiple Apple TV devices. The program will play for about 1-2 seconds before returning back to the episode screen and then the error message will appear. This will continue happening until I do a restart of the Apple TV or disconnect it from power and then reconnect, but the problem reoccurs after watching a program. I have tried deleting the app and readding, but still the issue remains. Both Apple TVs are up-to-date (tvOS 16.1). A screenshot of the error message is attached.

BenjamingP 0 Posted November 19, 2022 Posted November 19, 2022 I have the same issue. We have Emby Server on Synology NAS and Apple TVs in 6 of our Busses. This error occurs in just one of them. We have another issue in several other busses, but i make a new post for this.

Versions on hand are: Emby Server - 4.7.9.0 Emby Apple TV app - 1.6.5 Just checked on two AppleTV 4k (1st and 2nd generation) units both using Emby TV app version 1.6.5 (3) and normal function has returned, including search feature (now very fast). The first generation unit did not connect to the server (spinning wheel) until I did a hard reboot of the device (pulled out plug). The movie start issue also is resolved. I noticed a few extra upgrades as well. Thanks!!!
