Connectivity problems

On my computer the emby server works fine but when i try to go onto my apple tv or Samsung tv I can never connect to my emby server.

I'm not very good at computers so the answer could be simple but im not too sure.

What port number are you trying to connect with?  Are you using http or https?

I'm assuming all devices are on the same network as the server.  Correct?

On the server, in the Network settings, what do you have the 'Secure Connection Mode' option set to?

Marke sure the ip/address you are entering on the device matches what's on the Dashboard on the server.

yup, all devices on the same network

i made sure the ip is the same when i was trying to connect last night

out right now but i will tell you the secure connection mode when im home
