@Yangorang, @ambou75, @gLuTaMa, can you please let me know your TV model numbers.

Using the latest USB beta, can one of you please turn on Stats for nerds while playing a file that won't allow you to switch audio tracks, then post a picture of what's displayed?

Hi @SamES, my T model number is Samsung QLED QE55Q83B 4K 2022 (Model Code QE55Q83BATXXC).

Version 1.4.8 of Tizen App.

I chose English Audio Language and French Subtitle. And it's French Audio language (the first in the list) i hear

Thanks, that's interesting.  When the next USB release comes out, which should be soon, can you please repeat this same test with the same movie.  it will have different information displayed, but it will also be helpful.  I suspect I know what is wrong here, but we need to confirm with the next version.

Hi @ambou75, can you please repeat this same test with the same file using 1.4.9. It should give you different info in SFN. Thanks

yes, unfortunately same issue with 1.4.9. 

 Choose German and hear englisch. 
 Hope it helps you, too.

Same test with Tizen 1.4.9 and the same movie, with nerd option. I have the same issue. Do you have any leads ?

This looks like the same issue we are seeing with 2021 models.  I have added a work-around for the next version which will switch audio tracks on the server for 2022 models as well

Just installed the latest version of the tizen emby app from this week, and unfortunately this issue is still occurring on my 2022 model Samsung TV (qn90b). 

Is there a setting in the app that I need to change or something?

Please make sure your TV has the latest firmware update.  You might need to go to the Samsung downloads website for you model and install it via USB as the OTA updates can take quite a while to be deployed.

Samsung have fixed this issue in the recent firmware update (released late last year)

Hello,

The issue is solved for audio language but now i can't choose subtitles in the liste. I only can choose subtitles when i watch the movie with shortcuts.

I'm not quite sure what this means.  What do you mean by shortcuts?

I downloaded the 1420.9 firmware from the samsung site, tried to install it via usb, and the tv says this version is already installed.  Yet I still have the issue.  I've also got an issue where the sound pops and the audio + video slowly go out of sync... I'm going to see if there's a newer version than 1.50 of the Emby app to try out.

Edit: There isn't. Next step I guess is to try resetting the whole TV.  No issues when watching on Windows or Android.

You can try a TV reset, but you might have a different issue.

Let's go through a specific example.  Can you post the logs, media info and details of what you're testing and expecting to occur?
