Video Stuttering on Firefox and Chrome but not on Emby APP

Hello,

I have video stuttering issues on web browser, but not on emby app on smartphone. It is more like play and pause loop on Firefox, but less pause and more choppy on Chrome. The issues happen on every video playback regardless the size, type, and quality. Both Emby and Synology are the latest updates.
