Admin5859 0 Posted October 29, 2022 Posted October 29, 2022 I really need to contact Billing, but the billingsupport@emby.media keeps failing. I’ve used Outlook and Gmail and had the same results. The initial error message states there is a “delay,” which is followed hours later with “delivery incomplete.” Is there a different email or phone number I could use? By the way, all emails to other people and organizations have no trouble when I send them, so I’m not sure what’s going on. I have a very strange glitch that suddenly appeared in the premiere section of my dashboard that tells me I have a monthly subscription until the year 2050! I had actually cancelled so am concerned about this. Hoping someone can help.
