Question about Download Feature

My log doesnt show anything (attached), and the dashboard doesnt show anyone playing anything.  But someone is definitely streaming/downloading something from my server. I know its emby looking at the server diagnostics, but I cant figure out on emby who is doing anything

I was logged into the server,  and saw the upload speed being slammed, when I looked at the list of apps running and their current network usage, it was emby.  I shut down the emby server, and the network usage went away, when I rebooted, sometime later it started up.. with no log entries

Looks like the android app is using the download feature and downloading something.

Can you point me to the log line that shows that?

Also as an enhancement, it would be great if in the dashboard it showed "XXX is downloading YYY"

@ebr just to be clear, my server is not on windows. This is a general issue, but not windows which is why I had it where it was
